Keith earned a B.A in Communication with a specialty in Radio, TV & Film at Glassboro State College (Glassboro, NJ). The New Jersey native began his career in the country music entertainment sector at WXTU in Philadelphia, PA where he made his way to become Promotion and Marketing Director.

Making the move from radio to records in 1994, Keith joined RCA Records as Northeast Regional Promotion Manager. Over the course of his 22-year successful run at RCA, he rose through the company ranks. He was named Director of National Promotion (1997), elevated to Sr. Director (1999), advanced to VP (2006), and Sr. VP in 2012. Seated as Senior Vice President, Keith spearheaded the development, implementation and supervision of the strategic and tactical radio promotion campaigns for all RCA Nashville projects (including Alabama, Clint Black, Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Old Dominion, Jake Owen, Aaron Tippin and Chris Young among others). The 35-year music industry veteran has been instrumental in promoting 53 No. 1 hit records throughout his radio promotion and consulting career. He is a member of the 2011 Leadership Music Class.

The philanthropist has demonstrated his support of various charities including his dedication to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for more than 30 years. Keith teamed with country music superstar Jake Owen to form Good Company Entertainment (2017); as managing partner, Keith oversees the day-to-day management of the number one recording artist and the hot new sibling vocal group Daves Highway under the GCE management division.

He formed GCE Texas as a joint endeavor with industry veteran Joe Carter; the GCE Texas team will guide the career of Wynn Williams as the first artist signed to the venture. Keith founded GCE Records, under the Good Company Entertainment umbrella. The imprint will introduce hit songwriter and indie country recording artist, Styles, with his self-titled album as a GCE Records debut release.

Learning to play piano as a child and majoring in music business in college sparked Amy’s early passion for music in the creative space.  Following her dreams to work in the entertainment industry (with concentration in marketing and connecting fans with brands), Amy began her career in radio promotions and marketing in Lexington, KY.

She moved to Nashville in 2006 to begin business development for the digital marketing company, Entertainment Media Works (EMW) where she honed her skill set to embrace the value of branding, fan communication, and building new products in a digital age. Her responsibilities included live event planning, sponsorship and sales.

Relocating to LA, Amy transitioned to become Product Manager at Echo/Ticketmaster Entertainment. Overseeing the client roster, she supervised web design and builds, and managed e-commerce marketing and analytics, fan communications, tour launches and social media campaigns. Her initiatives led her to launch successful digital and live campaigns incorporating SMS, SEO marketing, live promotions and sponsorship relationships.

Amy returned to Music City, Tennessee in 2012 to start A2Z Entertainment Marketing with an entrepreneurial goal to build artist brands concentrating on social media growth, digital marketing campaigns and influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Amy was welcomed to join the Universal Music Group Nashville team in 2014. She took the seat as a digital marketing manager/director overseeing its roster (which included George Strait, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves, Dierks Bentley, Chris Stapleton, Sam Hunt, Maddie & Tae, Jon Pardi, Shania Twain, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Parker McCollum, along with the label’s developing acts). She was successful in launching influencer marketing campaigns, and enhanced the growth of email and SMS via digital activations as well as in-venue promotions. She activated livestreams including George Strait at the legendary Gruene Hall venue, the Luke Bryan partnership with JibJab among others.

Steeped deep in the creative sector, Josh Del is a multi-talented singer/songwriter, instrumentalist (proficient on guitar and piano), music producer, photographer, videographer and graphic designer. The Palm Springs, CA native launched his independent music career inking a deal with Wixen Music Publishing (representing catalogs of the likes of Tom Petty, The Black Keys and Weezer).

He introduced his five-song EP, OLD CROW, in 2018, and in 2020, Josh recorded and released the original tune “Friend” (featuring a vocal performance by U.S. Gold Medal Olympian, Laurie Hernandez) which landed at No. 27 on the iTunes charts.

Josh has scored original music for documentary films such as “When The Lights Went Down” (starring the late Wilford Brimley); his original tune “Save Me By Galactic Mrvl” was featured on the 2018 World Cup.  His music production credits include the Jake Owen live album, PALM TREE AND PALM READERS: Jake Owen Live In Los Angeles, released in March 2024.

His gift behind the lens led him to photograph famed Hollywood celebs, award-winning entertainers, top models and prominent political figures including Mel Gibson, Tori Kelley, Merci Me, For King + Country, Jordin Sparks, Cindy Crawford and Adriana Lima among many others.

Josh was Photo Editor for the Rihanna Savage X Fenty Show. His photographs have appeared in Vogue,  Billboard and Rolling Stone, modeling portfolios, canvassed various album covers, and represented various brands including Ulta, SavagexFenty and Gpen.

In May 2024, Josh launched his podcast, Oh God, Please, Not Another Podcast, with co-host Brailey Lenderman. The podcast is filmed on location at the Good Company Entertainment Nashville studios.
